Wet Weather

Wet weather is surely the enemy of the building industry. You have all of your projects planned and just when you think everything is running smoothly you get a sudden downpour or dread the thought a glut of rain soaked days. So many things are impacted. Your concrete pour is off, worst still your footings have collapsed and all the headache that goes with starting again. Then your roofer can't can't because of the rain or the wind. In the building industry there are so many little obstacles that have a  domino effect on the fluency of your job. Adopting the Marginal Gains process of looking for small improvements in the way you do things may help as small changes help achieve bigger results.
