The Value of Testimonials

Apr 24, 2022

Quite often business people do not realize the value of a good testimonial. Kind words from someone who you have had significant interaction with during a building process can peek the interest of someone looking for a  builder for an upcoming project. Unless you have them you can never guarantee the sway they may have.

As an example I have included 3 from fellow builders from the time when I only ran live webinars.

“In the last year, Rodney has helped many local builders with his building connector seminars.   I have found the information delivered not only to be informative but also have taken on some ideas provided to improve and further develop my building practices.”

Gavin B

“Rodney invited me to join The Building Connector last year. I have now done several The Building Connector zoom seminars and found the topics and presenters to be both interesting and beneficial to my business. I also loved the self-improvement tutorials Rodney put together about how the combination of many small micro-changes can lead to such a BIG improvement in business and personal life. I can’t wait to listen to more!”

Chris H

“If you are tired of going to the same old CPD sessions every year at times that don't suit your busy schedule I couldn’t recommend the Building Connector more for focused  industry based sessions.  Pick & chose different topics of interest, easy to use on a short-sharp to the point information sharing platform”

Once you have had a successful outcome on a project don't be afraid to ask if you can have a written (email) testimonial or even if a potential client can give them a call to confirm how great you were to work with. Even better if they offer to show them through what you did for them and how you have changed their life.

Always remember, if you don't ask the question then the answer is always NO!
